Refund policy

Customers have the right to return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer laws.

Returned products must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In their original condition
* With all tags attached
* Returned within the period stated in our Returns Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the item is faulty.
